TURNKEY SERVICES: Whether it's a new or renovated kitchen, bathroom or the whole house, we contact you, our Client, to discuss your requirements, prepare our design and submit it to you. Should it be necessary, we prepare artistic impressions, and if approved then submit our quotation for agreement.

Then we liaise with the team which may include the builder, plumbers or electricians. Many times our contract will include all the ancillary work, using our in-house teams, responsible for demolition, tiling, painting and any other builder’s work required. We also arrange the specialised sub-contractors such as electricians, plumbers air-conditioning contractors and the like. These will also be included in our team.

We Project Manage the job from start to finish, contacting our Client as required, and submitting alternatives for your approval. If the Client lives away from the area, we submit digital photographs and reports by e-mail so that our progress can be monitored against our agreed program. Our relationship with our Client and all members of the team result in a job carried out to everyone’s satisfaction and the trust developed helps to get over problems that invariably arise on any project.
